This thoughtfully designed duplex merges the functionality of two separate residences into a cohesive architectural masterpiece that visually resembles a single luxury home. Located in Riverwood, the project emphasizes unity and sophistication, providing the appearance of a large, high-end home while maintaining the independence and privacy of each residence.

The façade was designed to enhance the overall aesthetic and integrate the design with its natural surroundings. The design employs clean lines, large windows, and elegant architectural features that are consistent across both residences, reinforcing the illusion of a single dwelling.

The primary goal of this duplex design was to create a balance between luxury design and individual privacy, where the two homes are fully autonomous yet unified by a shared aesthetic vision. Both residences feature their own entrances, separate garages, and private outdoor spaces. However, from the street view, the duplex appears as one expansive and luxurious home, thanks to symmetrical design elements.
